I love the way the movement takes up the entire space available, rather than sits in the middle with wide metal strips covering the edge to get to the diameter of the watch. Is it accurate?

Hi, I have just purchased the Breguet Marine, without complications, and am interested in finding out what I can about the movement (based, I understand, on the piaget 1150). Does anyone have any photos (or videos) showing the movement at various stages of manufacture, or its component parts etc? Th
