There seems to be two variations of the fully engraved watch. One that has "5 175 000" on the dial right below the "175 ans", and one that doesn't have this number What is that number and why on one watch and not the other? Thanks.

I see in the photos one 5157 with a plain case that has no engravings. What is the story of this one? Thanks
