Rolex: I bought two (non-sport model) Rolexes recently (NIB), but not from an AD

Why should I give the AD business when they can’t source the steel sport models I’d like to buy from them. You wind up developing loyalty to other supply sources who CAN supply the watches you want. Is this really good for Rolex’s business?
