Jaeger-LeCoultre: One my favorites

Your thoughts echo my own. It's a hard choice between the QL and chrono but the dial of the QL tips it in its favor, in my opinion. I rarely use the chrono function and the date function is much more useful in my old age. Also, I love the fact I can see the jumping seconds move all the time on the Q

Jaeger-LeCoultre: prefer the 42mm

I just don't like the smaller size on a Duometre. I think it takes something away from the presence of the watch. The only positive I see with the smaller size is that it makes it less conspicuous and thus easier to wear everyday. Thanks for the beautiful pictures, in any case!

The prices do seem more inflated as I have walked through ADs over the years. At the same time, I have spent less time in ADs over the years because most of the watches do seem so similar with one brand or product line blending into another.
