Blancpain: I bought it on a whim from an AD new...

It had been there for some time. After a negotiation on price and asking for a service I purchased it. The thing is...there is a platinum version. I have moved away from coloured gold in the past 5 years and that is the piece I would like more I think. Dave

WristScan: Well...

I have quite a few others. I never keep anything in the 'plastic' so to speak but things end up in the Bank for too long some times due to living in a few different countries on opposite sides of the planet. Some like the 5098P I thought I would like but I really haven't worn.

Ulysse Nardin: For this very limited version...

I wonder if the movement is identical to the mainstream version at the time and the date wheel is present below the solid dial?

Girard Perregaux: A different version of "Pepsi"

Most often tagged to Rolex, this is my version of a Pepsi dial (vs. bezel). My in rose gold.

Blancpain: Complicated for sure...

I bought this piece many years ago while living in Asia. Split second perpetual. A bit big at 42mm for me and not the best legibility but I appreciate the complexity a lot. Dave

F.P. Journe: Lovely photos...

I keep thinking about the Centigraphe. The photos reinforce the desire. Dave
