Breguet: Update

I did hear back from Breguet. They gave a fairly non-descript explanation of what went wrong. It boils down to it needs to be lubricated and serviced. Ultimately, they are charging just $120 more than a standard service to replace the time zones hour wheel. Total comes to $1240, which is better than
