its happened to me twice and another buddy once. my AD said there was a defect and sent it back to Swatch Group for repair. also when you get done swimming rinse the bezel and watch with fresh water. if you swim/dive or work out with the FF, the inside of the canvas strap wears out within a year
G'day David I own a FF. I dive/swim and play sports all the time. The canvas strap is great; I always wash it with hot water to prevent it from stinking up. I also recommend purchasing the rubber strap. It is a bit pricy, but it looks great
My guess it takes 3-6 weeks to repair because Swatch Group most likely does not have Blancpain parts available. I initially shipped it to the place I purchased it, but found that shipping it directly to Swatch Group in NJ was faster and I could track my repair status. I never opened my bezel to see

G'day everyone. I recently purchased a new Fifty Fathoms Ref. 5015-1130-52 in Feb. and have sent it back to Blancpain 3 times because the bezel spring breaks after swimming in fresh or salt water. The more I swim the easier it is to rotate the bezel, then it breaks. Has anyone experienced the same p
