... I got an MRI and at least that will inform you as to what position you can sleep in. I have been sleeping without a pillow and can only sleep flat or on my left side. Plus physio will help. ...but to be safe have an MRI. I had the same kind of pain in my right delt and traps and it turned out to be a C4/C5 protrusion (from running with this 30 kilo 7 month old of mine). Any nerve pulling sensation? Stunning watch and strap combo!
