Where I grew up too many guns and it’s not worth it at all. For me mainly sparring in the ring with appropriate gear. I need my brain intact to earn a living. But right now I may fight for a proper drink
... if you spar or fight. Haven’t done that for 5 years. But you do need to strengthen the shins, as they will still initially bruise while kicking the bag. It’s one of the many things I am missing in the lockdown.
