Patek Philippe: what about the placement of the subdials

I know as WIS, we are busy looking at the movement but what about the placement of the subdials relative to the center of the watch. They are placed slightly lower than the center, not quite Datograph low but noticeable. What does this mean for the eventual men's version? Any speculations, insight .
