Vacheron Constantin: I like the triple calendar a lot

It will be much easier to set when it runs down than the complete calendar. The numeral and dial design is among my favorites for a vintage inspired piece.

Breguet: Congratulations!

That is a beautiful piece in a classic size. I also find the Breguet lugs work best with smaller diameter watches. The dial is almost certainly made by hand on a rose engine.

The navy is more subdued in more visible portion of the shoe and the green adds a fun contrast.

Horological Meandering: There is room for both in a collection.

My most recent purchases have been a hand-wound watch with sub-seconds and a 3-hands automatic with window date. I like the thinness and legibility of these. They complement other watches which are busier and thicker. If I had to choose one or the other, I’d prefer simplicity. I do like chronographs

Automotive: I like the standard model.

Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and Porsche all make SUVs with a sloped roofline. In every case I’d rather have the standard version. My pick would be an X5M if I had to choose one.

Vacheron Constantin: I think they're the same.

I haven't seen the blue dual-time, but the chronograph and time/date are the same in person. These dials can appear almost black in some light and a bright blue in other light. Most of the time, they look like a navy blue.

I like titanium when it’s offered, especially for larger sporty watches. Seiko, Grand Seiko, Citizen, Omega, and Tudor all have outstanding pieces in Ti. Bulgari has used it in their ultra-thin models and I’d like to see those. For me, platinum works best in a small, thin watch where it adds some we
