Breguet: Case with integrated lugs, but not a chronograph like the XX/20

Horological Meandering: Both are nice. I think VC (only Geneva Seal) and Breguet offer great finishing in their standard lines and not just the extreme high end models.
Breguet does more beveling on the steel portions of the chronograph. Vacheron does some nice touches like smaller perlage under the balance and cleaner bevels, inner angles, and curves looking at brass parts like the escape wheel cock and chronograph clutch.
