Ulysse Nardin: Nico is right

There are lots of videos on YouTube. Once you have heard it, you will be hooked. Agree it Is not loud enough to wake you up and to be honest, I would use my phone for that. The Sonata works really well as a “reminder” watch. Let’s say I need to make a call at a certain time or leave somewhere after

Ulysse Nardin: Agree!

You can’t compare the Sonata to the BP. The BP is a very nice looking watch but the hammer and gong on the Sonata produces an alarm sound that is almost like minute repeater.

Ulysse Nardin: Thank you. It is still a very cool piece.

Functionality and looks are tops. But as it is a very large watch, wearability can be affected a bit. After wearing it for a few days, I would switch to one of my smaller watches for a few days. Still love it and over the moon about it though! Are you thinking of getting one? Prices are very decent

Blancpain: It is a charming watch.

I have the previous edition in the blue. It is my first “complicated” watch and holds some good memories. Getting a little small for my eyes though….. Old photo. BW, Chi Kai

Girard Perregaux: I agree with your thoughts

On GP and UN. Both are releasing real value for money pieces. The constant escapement is a top one but very hard to wear for my wrist due to its size. BW, Chi Kai
