Patek Philippe: Help Me Choose Please: 5119g or 5120g

I am getting a Patek! I have 2 "tool watch" Rolexes for casual wear. The Patek I'm getting to wear on dressier occasions where I don't want to be donning a tool watch. Hi gents do the movements in the 5116 & 5519 (215 PS) have overwind protection like an automatic winder does? Anyone have manual winders? How do you like? Is it just irritating or kind of nostalgic? Thanks happy holidays.

Patek Philippe: doesn't smell right...

I don't own a Patek, but the response from patek just doesn't smell right. I would obtain another watch of the same model & see if it makes the same noise, like at another AD or something. ..
