Girard Perregaux: the watch would ideally need to keep running any time...

... this is the reason why most annual/perpetual calendar are automatic movements to be kept on a winder when not on the wrist. At least, I see it as more convenient this way.

Girard Perregaux: I'd chose the 'off-centered' too.

Both a really interesting. The black enamel is really interesting but IMO the lay-out of the indications for the off-centered is a winner.
