Jaeger-LeCoultre: Buying a black dial memovox

After a long and painful hunt...I found a black dial vintage memovox at a correct price. But, there are some points that do bother: -No "swiss made" inscription -Two crowns that are probably not original -No jaeger logo on the dial -Tha baton hands with this type of dial, never seen before.
