Omega: The one that got away

I’ve wanted one of these watches since I first saw an ad in the London Sunday Times Magazine back in the 70’s. A few years ago I thought I had one on the hook, but closer inspection showed that through a series of bad repairs it had become a Frankenwatch. So I’m still looking! But yours looks fabulo

If you look at some of the SUV’s for sale today they have evolved styling from the upright and functional to the “sporty” and fastback. See BMW X2/4//6 for examples. I looked at both in that transition period between the two versions. Preferred the 15300 and then unexpectedly found one with a blue dial. A keeper.

Photography: Cracking Good Camera

There are so many things right about this camera, that despite being superseded by the DL-7 it is more than worth hanging on to. Great atmospheric capture! On the first shot you could get rid of the two internal lens reflections with a bit of work in LightRoom/Capture One if you wanted.
