Is this piece documented by Panerai as a Destro...if not and its a base model it could easily have been "turned" by a watch maker...which could make it worth even less .....what model is it???

I recently ordered a 5131J... Initially I liked the white gold version better but on a closer inspection of the piece I found that the hands are done in a very rough matt finish as opposed to the yellow gold version that has the more traditional polished hands. I suppose it is matter of personal pre
