you're welcome! it's called Restaurant Born... they're opened for reservations up to 2 months in advance so if you book early enough, you shouldn't need to go on the waiting list.

sharing the photos of the dinner we had the previous weekend. the restaurant opened only around the middle of last year and already, it has made it into Asia's top 50 restaurants for 2023!
it was my second visit to the restaurant and the first was for a dinner hosted by a local AD and Laurent Ferrier. apologies for the photos overload. the dinner menu is presented in the last photo.
