Sooo... though I am not sure what is going to happen with whether the 317 will go forward in production or what its movement makeup will be, I was wondering how servicing of this piece will work if there truely is problem in manufacture of the movement. When we send the 317K in for it 5-8 year check

I just recently picked up a K series, and was informed by the NYC boutique that the 317 is now discontinued. Again, seems there is conflicting information, but the person who told me said that they got the official word from Panerai about 2 weeks ago.

I didnt even know what it was made of, my uncle has one and showed it to me while i was in HK.... and I came back to the states and looked for one. Found one about a week later and bought her. Aaron
