Well, after an exhaustive search and contemplation of more permutations than I can list here it is. Not my first PP, but now that I have moved my collation to chronographs, a fine example. Really pleased so far- it did stop this morning- wore all day yesterday, but may not have wound sufficiently. H
As a time keeping quality device? No. For the esthetics? Your call. Spring drive and quartz render it obsolete in a fashion, but if I had the money and the inclination, I would consider strongly. They can be beautiful.
Saw some of the precisionists locally and they are really quite nice. Smooth second hand. Apparently quite accurate. For the price point, they felt substantial. Not sure why they bolted the bezel down, but such is life. The others are also impressive. Good luck
Added this to collection today. Took off the band that came with it and am trying it on a Zulu for a bit. Great quality, but the band is the only part that is less than its Grand Seiko cousins IMHO. Otherwise it is a great piece. Great AD replaced original piece in 3 days as for some reason the beze
