Hi Andrew, I too was very interested in Lukas's posting as I have a Flagship Ultra-Chron as well. It was in need of a service when I bought it about 17 years ago, and since then I have it looked after by an ex IWC master watchmaker in Schaffhausen, Switzerland and it's performance is absolutely top
