Omega: MY WATER DAMAGED SPEEDMASTER 125

Can this be one of the worst water damaged 125's ever? I cant understand how a watch of this value can go from an Omega dealer in the 70's for a handsome price, to the state I found this one in on ebay! Does anyone know what the retail price of this model was back then? Your comments please

Omega: Speedmaster 125 almost restored -

Over the last year or two I have been restoring a speedmaster 125, until now most of my movement parts have been supplied by cousins uk ( at great expense) - I finaly get down to fitting the dial/hands having rebuilt from scratch a water damaged cal 1041 that Omega boutique uk said could not be serv
