Rolex: I can’t resist a Daytona Perpetual...

I love the Zenith and the in-house. Great watches. This is my regular wearer and I’ve swum in it in Ibiza, Qatar and Dubai in the past six months. Never drops a second! R

Rolex: Thank you...

The blue is part of a special edition from 2000 that got the nickname Daytona Beach. There were four - turquoise, chrysoprase (green hard stone), pink MOP and yellow MOP. Each came with matching lizard strap and box, notebook and wallet in the same hue as the strap. Unpopular at the time and yet now

Rolex: What a brilliant watch...

For me, the Daytona Perpetual is probably the most interesting Rolex watch at the moment - so many amazing variations and rare versions. I’m trying to catalogue them all at the moment...it’s quite a big job! Vintage Tudor and modern Daytonas - they’re my poison!

Rolex: I agree...

I’ve always preferred the Daytona on strap! My Roman pair. Ross

Rolex: Well, at the risk of upsetting you all...

I have a slight obsession with Beach Edition Daytonas. Here’s a shot... Be gentle

Rolex: Wow - December has been a good month...

For 7924s. This one makes the third or fourth Tudor BC I’ve seen sold this month! Congrats to the new owner. Ross
