Vacheron Constantin: Vintage Repeater Need Help.

Above Are the pictures of my new toy ... The numbers underneath the gongs near the slider are 6053. I purchased this watch as a minute repeater, however it only repeats hours and quarters... Is something not working, or it is actually a quarter repeater. Any info on the year of production ? Is this

I like the B-Uhr watches but I am really trying to find info on the pilot watches as made by Glashuette and Hanhart. The B-Uhr is specifically an observer's watch. Always looking for WW2 L
