Same thing happened on my marine chronometer after less than a year. I took it back to the AD and they delivered it to Boca (I live in south Florida). Took at least 6 weeks to fix (can't remember exact timing - was 6+ months ago) and now it works fine. Never did get an explanation on what was wrong
I have a watch in that facility for repair - marine chrono 1846. over a month ago it just stopped. was told 6 weeks minimum for repairs, so with hurricane it will be more. seems like that is too long, makes me wonder - are there that many UN watches that need repair????
