Some how leaning towards the 16610 but like the ceramic on the 116610

Deciding between these two, which should I go with? BNIB Rolex 16610 Submariner with Date - Alphanumeric Series - $6607 Or LNIB Rolex Submariner (116610 LN). ‘V’ Series - $6858

I've been looking around at a used sub and noticed that there are many in the series and was wondering if anyone know the differences? A, W, Y, Z series. Thanks in advance
