Patek Philippe: watch with 29 jewels

i have been looking at a watch advertised with a 215 caliber witch is the standard 18 jewels manual wind watch, the 215 is followed by the numbers228 and 29 jewels i am thinking its not been looked at properly or there is something dodgy any ideas,

Anyone know where I can find a website that shows accurate time, in real time? The site I have found refreshes every 30 seconds which is no good to check my 1846 accuracy against.

Sorry, I am not yet used to this forum, my violin-makers forum is very different. I play quite a lot of golf, is it okay to play with the watch on? I am thinking about the possibility of overwinding.
