Omega: Omega 2505-21 from 1951 . 38 mm with textured dial

Gentlemen: I have recently acquired this 60 year old Omega. The BIG 38 mm size is not often found when looking for vintage Omega from the 1950s and 1960s. This one from 1951 came with the original papers as sold originally in Italy. I am only the second owner.

Jaeger-LeCoultre: For you vintage Lecoultre lovers :)

Picked up this piece a few weeks ago. Very simple and interesting spring mechanism for the setting buttons.

Cartier: Sorry, forgot the pic.

Here is the look at the bracelet with the cap removed. As you see the tube that goes through to connect the bracelet to the case is notched. The cap has protruding pins which fit the tube to stay aligned.

Cartier: Not true.

I have a Cartier Pasha in stainless steel with a bracelet. I have taken the bracelet off to clean. The pyramid shaped caps have a little pin protruding from them. This pin fits into the bracelet link which has a notch made to accept it. Correctly put together the pyramid cap will always stay aligned
