Rolex: A bit too on the nose. I would have implemented the pink more artistically.

Maybe a pink degrade dial, like the fume dial on the latest bronze diver? Or pink in the subdials, or pink hands? Just a flat pink dial cheapens it, IMO. Makes it look like giveaway promotional merchandise.

You are correct about all of the positive aspects about the 2nd gen. The lack of hacking doesn’t bother me too much as I just backwind to hold the seconds steady while setting the time. I have had the opportunity to handle many watches and few come close to being such a solid choice for a “go anywhe

Vacheron Constantin: In what way is the 2nd gen objectively better?

I prefer the large date at 12 and the textured dials. However the movement does not hack and has a relatively short power reserve (probably due to the big date). Are there other reasons you prefer the 2nd gen or is it just a matter of opinion? I have not tried the 3rd gen. My watch, for reference:

Blancpain: Thanks for kindly sharing the comparison photos vs the 5015…

The biggest difference to my eyes besides the case size is the flat dial on the new model. I was really looking forward to the smaller size, but I much prefer the depth effect made by the raised center dial on the 5015.
