Fully restored by Rolex Center Hk Rolex Explorer 2 ref 1655 Mk 7 & Unrestored 1655 Mk 5

After 18 years, finally managed to get a Rolex Ref 1655 mk 5 with box and papers from Hong Kong. Watch was from the year 1981 but only sold in 1984.

A design icon in my view.

One of my favorite Rolex models...not often seen on CPO websites but one CPO store has four 1655s displayed on their website: 1982, 1978, 1972 and 1978; not chaste, but overall a very cool Rolex watch.

These Explos great for the summer....
