Of those 2, I'd definitely pick the PAM312
The dial on the PAM104 isn't as clean IMO. Plus, in the PAM312 you get the new in-house P.9000 movement. If you want another model suggestion, I would take a look at the PAM88 GMT (pictured below). Cheers, Anthony pic by dmf091
