For me it factors in only if they are unchangeable/integrated. I've purchased watches with bracelets and swapped them out to a strap, and visa versa.

So I guess I care more about the case and dial than anything. When I bought the UN it came on a strap and I later bought the bracelet, and the Corum came on a bracelet and I wear it with a strap. There are some watches that just don't look good if you tak
