I was thinking about adding a 5000 in the past but am not sure I need a second small Patek dress watch. I own a 34mm 3998P that I am wearing in rotation with a 38mm IWC Mark XV and a 5711/1A. On the wrist the difference between 3998 and 5711 appears small
