Watches & Wonders part 3: Patek Philippe Cubitus Perpetual Calendar ref. 5840P

Initial thoughts from the press pictures weren’t encouraging, but when seeing it for real and putting it on the wrist, it’s absolutely amazing. The Cubitus finally clicked for me in this perpetual calendar execution. The 45mm platinum case sounds imposing

Patek Philippe 5575G World Time.

A couple of photos of this special world time. The only one with a moonphase. The other specificity? The twisted " lugs. Best, Nicolas

Wow

What a wonderful set of watches. I know this will get some furled eyebrows, but to me Patek Philippe is a One Watch brand: I only love the world time watches. My list is topped by the 5575G (Moon Phase) and the 5930G 011 (Red Singapore) and the 5230G New

Judging only from photos,

I think I would go for the 5130P. Why? Because it's platinum and 50 pcs limited edition, whereas the 5575G is white gold and 1300 pcs limited edition. Moreover, I think I like the guilloché more than the moon phase. And the 5575 has a closed case back, wh

Patek 5130P-014

I was able to handle this beauty a couple of weeks ago - I think it is the only Patek 5110/5130/5230 with black city disc. Roughly the same price as the 5575G, which do you prefer? Best, Goh

A couple of photos of our Don Justino's Patek Philippe 5575G.

It seems it is the first one to have associated a moon phase to a world time. I fell on another watch from another brand which went farther in this combination, lately. But the charm is here, indisputable. Enjoy. Nicolas

My first PP World Timer and a very cool incoming 😉😁

Here is the back story. I know the WT is a Patek icon but it was never a "must have" for me. I have debated about getting a 5131P for a long time but never pulled the trigger. Maybe one day as that seems to be an eventuality 😉🤣 So a month ago I attended a

Amazing watch!

Recently I was offered a "double sealed" 5575G for a reasonable price. Later I found out it was a used watch which was sealed by Patek when it was sent for service and I didn't go ahead with the purchase. A friend of mine has a double sealed 5575G too, he
