I can understand why of course!

Exploring in depth the Advanced Research collection has been very interesting for me and a great pleasure: www.watchprosite.com But I personally don’t like open dials, so this one isn’t for me. The 5167R sings to me much more. But it’s a matter of

Congrats! Great watch

Love the dial on this piece. Nice with the earlier ones you can order different colour straps from AD too! With the 5164a and 5167a it’s black straps only these days unfortunately. Previously it was possible to get blue strap with the 5164a but now appare

The 5650 “Terminator” is such a special piece. I’m fortunate to own its cousin, the 5164.

I’m wearing this Heuer Carrera 2447 today because of a recent thread. Fun summer watch.

It is a reference 5650G Tony. Made in a limited run for only 1 year in 2017 with the Advanced Research tech inside the movement. Basically like a 5164A Travel Time on steroids but in white gold 😉

Cool and fun piece in any case. I made an incoming thread with the back story if you are curious. The link is here : www.watchprosite.com

Noooo waaayyyyy, waoh….there is the King of Aquanauts!!!

Your 2022 has already started with a loud bang, Justin. This 5650G has become so unattainable for mere mortals. If your friend sells you for half a $mil, he’s not your friend ok, lol 😜😜😜 Amazing incoming 💪🏻👍🏻👏🏻

Congrats Justin on this 5650, in my view one of the very best Aquanauts! Its market value as you know is insanely high despite the 500 units produced, but I'm definitely in agreement with the end result of having this beauty in your collection! :-)

PS: Here it is on my wrist as I had a chance to see it again a few months ago, courtesy of....Patek! (NOT for sale, however, not even for me! ;-))

Glad you're already fully enjoying your new 5968G, and thanks for the interesting observations! It's indeed good many of these blue dials are different, as you mentioned, so as to further differentiate among sports references...

Here's actually this 5968G along with a couple of other blue dials for sports models that I had a chance to see at an event last month...interestingly, the 5968 blue does look quite similar (same?) to the iconic 5650G (a 2017 limited edition)! ;-) Cheers.

Nice try !

It's the same phenomenon as the case where the bracelet of #5167 is diverted to #5164. Even if the width of the rug is the same, there will be a slight step and it will not fit perfectly, but I understand the feeling of wanting to try it. After all, it gi
