I like the 5036/1G

...especially in black dial. I have considered getting one many years (like 15/16) ago, but went for the 5146/1G-010 instead. Yeah, buy what you like and makes you happy. I am not into coloured gold, but some prefer them. I feel the manufacturers would ma

Opinions on the 5036?

I've been watching the market of watches closely and one I've become fond of is the 5036. Initially I discovered the 5035, and then later really like the 5036 for the addition of the power reserve indicator and moonphase complication. I often see these wa

Back where I started

In my watch journey, I bought my first PP back in late 1999. I said it will be my first and last. I bought a 5036 annual calendar which I later switch to a 5056p. From then move to perpetuals and perpetual chrono. For some reason i skip on the aquanaut li

PP 5035?

My first PP was an annual calendar. I remember choosing between a 5035 and 5036. I bought the 5036 and flip it a few years when I saw the 5056 annual calendar. I am still wearing my PP5056 today as I typed this. going 10+ years already!

i love this watch

I wore this every day until I got a Langematik Perpetual. The slate dial and the white moon phase attracted me to it. I first had the 5036 and sold it to get this. No regrets! I still love my PP5056P and it still keeps good time.

Final two

Thanks everyone again!!! I'm narrowing down to the final two. Although not exactly in the same price range, but strangely based on a combination of looks and an overall emotional attachment. 5205 R black dial and 5960p 016. Advise? Would extra $ be worth

Thank you so much everyone who contributed to my question - obviously there is much more expertise here then I can ever have known prior. The search is definitely one of the exciting things - at times I wonder if the ownership would be just as fun! Hope s

First, welcome on PuristSPro Yegor

and especially on our Patek forum. This is a nice project with a very interesting budget. I think that the Patek cases are all comfortable, thanks to the lugs and caseback design. No real problem on that level, except if platinum watches are too heavy for

New visitor to the forum here and looks like there is a lot of experts that can help me make the right decision... I currently have 5036 Annual Calendar that I do not seem to wear anymore - for some reason ( getting older perhaps ?) I'm not a fan of a gol

It's very comfortable!

I had been wearing this watch for the most part of the last 8 months and I love it! Love it so much that I put away my 5167/1A. The balance is just right. Some may not like the bracelet. I don't have much of a problem since I have a 5036/1G before, so I a
