I think the 5235 is the closest thing to a smaller 5236.

In shape and proportions, they're almost identical. The movements are related. But the difference in dials is night-and-day. Still, the 5236 would be my choice despite its larger case. Preowned value on this model is an excellent development for folks who

I like the blue 5236 also.

It a grind has one and it’s difficult to tell time on it. I like the salmon also but this gray is brushed similar to the blue. The gray 5270p is my runner up but would be too much of a stretch 💲wise. 5236 should be at least 30-40% off on secondary soon en

My favorite Patek release from W&W is this gorgeous 5236P.

I can’t wait to see this dial in person. And the 31-260 movement is just 🔥🔥🔥. What is your favorite PP 2026 release? Photos downloaded directly from the patek website. www.patek.com

Brilliant nautilus 50 anniversary choice.

Understated (yes it’s gold and platinum I know) and design that’s vintage inspired. Ultimate IYKYK modern nautilus. But for me the gray 5236P and 5270P stole the show. I can’t wait to see those dial colors in person. I know many hate the cubitus but I’ll

Unmistakable Trend

6105G – fascinating technical concept, disappointed it's styled as an AP sports watch 5322G – nice (but everything is blue and green dials now) 5840P – very nice if you appreciate Cubitus (I do, didn't at first) 5249R – beautiful…at a very high price 7047

Top shots!

Both of them, I especially like the colors in both shots. Every time I see a 5236 it reminds me of the Grot robot in the day the earth stood still: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gort_%28The_Day_the_Earth_Stood_Still%29

Hump day afternoon drink with two of my favourites!

Took a break in this week to clear my accumulation leave. Feeling relax with a glass of negroni and 5236P salmon in the afternoon on a weekday! Have a wonderful midweek, my dear friends. Cheers, Henry

I suspect we need to see a Cubitus exclusive

Yes, I'm that Tim M. My thoughts on setting the Cubitus apart converge on the same point; it needs to offer something never offered on a previous Patek sports watch. A Cubitus-exclusive full tantalum case and bracelet would be great. Some kind of true div

I think all these watches offer something for everyone.

The main difference IMHO is size and dial layout out. The 3940-esque watches are usually smaller in size and offer what some would call a classic perpetual layout. Of these I personally still find the 3940 the most beautiful but smallest in size and most

Modern Perpetual calendars

Following the discontinuation of ref 5236, we can notice that all recent "simple" perpetual calendars are offered at a huge discount on the secondary market: the 5236 itself, the 5320, the 5159, even the 5140. It seems that only 5740 is appreciated, but t
