The bridges and such are basically the same. Albeit, the running seconds on this is more a 3 starred propeller versus a single second hand at 10. The main plate is scalloped as you can see instead of the rehaut/chapter ring on the normal openworked pieces
Seriously, this is an amazing openworked version, but it seems to demand a certain style and attitude of the person who wears it. Actually, the piece itself may have a transformative effect on the wearer. It really is a powerful work of art IMHO.
