Alfihar and myself took an appointment with Mr Emmanuel Breguet himself in the last days of January at the Paris Boutique, and more specifically at the Museum, to try to gather some information / confirmations on the vintage Type 20 " Aeronautique Navale

Breguet Marine Nationale time instruments are not only wrist watches, with also deck watches. Here is a nice and original instrument, since it displays time on 24 hours. Credit: Antiquorum. A piece of History, something for Breguet Type XX hard core fans.

Although I was considering my Breguet Marine, this one won the fight, and it's doing the job beautifully 😊 Cheers!

I have the 5817 (the bottom one), on strap and bracelet, and must say I prefer the size and cleaner dial of that one myself - but both of the other variants look great. And yes, the water resistance is a big draw!

Good luck with changing the strap! I recently did it on my 5707, and may never try it again, for all the reasons you've discovered. (See here .) Meanwhile, this is the second post of yours that makes me rethink the Breguet Marine line in a better light. (
