When does a watch become vintage?

So - here is my Breitling Mountbrillant Navitimer from 2003. This ref A35330 commemorated the 100 years anniversary of the Wright Brothers achievement of powered flight in 2003. Is 22 years enough to qualify as as vintage? neo-vintage maybe semi-vintage!? What is the consensus?
