When I try to upload a photo I get the waiting for service message and soon after a "failed" message. Is the issue on my end or watch pro site's end?

Really weird, but sometimes when I am browsing WPS on 4G/cellular connections, I get a 403 error saying FORBIDDEN. I can upload a screenshot next time it happens. I am on Chrome, iOS, iPhone 17 when this happens. Have not tested other browsers.

I had to get a new email address thru no choice of my own.. Is there a way I can delete the one no longer used and add the new one to my profile info?
