Will be supportive with the comment above on mismatching the colour of date’ background and the dial. But on the rose gold face the white date window looks fine. By the way, I don’t understand why is Lange always printing the names / some individual specifics of the watch? Who will be reading these.
The undisputed winner for me is the Cornes de Vache. The legibility is the only weak point, so expecting to see the Pt version with another dial color one day. I would also add the small seconds Traditionelle (38 mm) in the list.
Lemania is a very reliable, ‘true historic’ movement. PP used it in the 5070 for a long time. I don’t think that using not in-house movement is a serious disadvantage for manufacture, just compare the current value of the PP5070 and PP5170. We know a lot of another cases when in-house movement value
Perhaps by launching a steel CDV VC is trying to smooth out all negative feedbacks received from serious collectors on recent LE “Hodinkee” model in steel. My only one concern is that SS version conceptually removes us again from the real historical example.
