Such a stunning watch. I've said it before, but why is it so difficult for brands to simply reproduce these vintage watches from the 60s/70s/80s. Exact same specs (look, material, movement, size, width of the bezel ...). This watch is better looking than 99% of the current ones.
I remember seeing the pictures of the release. Stunning watch. I also loved the one with the rhino on it. I just read on the Hodinkee article that some of the watches weren't photographed. Were they as unique as this one or did they only have a special dial?
I would love to witness the development + decision process of this watch. Imagine the meeting, one with and one without date. It's obvious which one looks better. So whoever decided it had to have this, wow... I can't imagine any of the possible buyers would care if it has a date or not. It ruins a
