Patek Philippe: Very touching

Such a grand gesture of gratitude to a mother. She must be very proud of you. Cherish every moment. My best wishes to you and your family.

Glashütte Original: A desirable watch indeed

Patek Philippe: I must have tried the same one at the same salon a month ago

Unless they got another one in again. For sure opinions are divided on this piece and you can also find a few design faults but it is still a very attractive watch to me. I just can't make a final decision on it. If it was a regulator with no dates, I would not hesitate. As an AC, I would go for it

Rolex: I actually like this

It does not attract too much attention. It looks good in my opinion.

Blancpain: That is a watch with a lot of character

I too will be interested to hear more about the aftersales service as for me that is more important than the initial purchase. I read here some time ago about a problem with the service of a Fifty Fathoms, not sure how common that is. Blacpain seems like a great choice at present.

Audemars Piguet: I envy your way of thinking

I wish I could let go and not be bothered about dings and scratches but sadly it is in my genes; I like the watch to remain pristine so you can imaging the hassle I have to go through to keep a watch preserved.
