Rolex: It’s quite remarkable

I hope you get the opportunity to visit! After 30 years plus of wishing I made the trip. Spending a week here and it is all that it advertises. Authentic and special. Make the time because it is a destination. Cheers!

Rolex: Headed to breakfast; on vacation in Santa Fe

My first full day in Santa Fe New Mexico. So many choices for food and art. Only one watch, the 14270 Explorer.

Horological Meandering: They say it’s safest on the wrist

I’m headed out for my first vacation in a long time on the 14th and I’m bringing/wearing the one I recently purchased specifically as a “vacation watch”. This one should handle practically any conditions.

Seiko: I keep it because it is the antithesis of my JLC

A somewhat forgotten reference long discontinued Grand Seiko Quartz Diver that is kept simply to juxtapose my elegant Ultra Thin Jaeger LeCoultre. It’s a very casual Monday off so I put it on a light cream NATO and it tick tocks away on my wrist. SBGX117 circa 2014.
