Patek Philippe

You would image they have weekly shipments back and forth and they are not going to make 25 individual shipments?

I hear you, and I get the logistics side of things. But here's the thing, this isn't someone calling from the middle of nowhere. The client actually walked into a major Patek boutique in Miami with their watch. Charging $300 to ship something domestically for a straightforward warranty issue just doesn't sit right, especially for a brand like Patek.

A lot of us have dealt with warranty stuff on high-end watches, Patek included, and shipping has usually been covered or at least not a shock at checkout. It's less about the actual shipping process and more about what you'd expect from a brand at this level. When you've got a misaligned hour hand on a $50K+ watch, that's not some edge case and expecting white glove service isn't asking too much from a company whose entire identity revolves around precision and excellence.

If Patek boutiques are handling warranty claims differently depending on where you are, that's something people should know about. Because part of what you're paying for with these watches is consistency across the board.
