As an example which I have already posted about excellent customer service. I have a Limited Edition Russian Red Cartier lighter but no paper work for it and no idea how old this model is but I have had it a over a year and took into Cartier Old Bond Street which it obviously didn't come from. They booked it in and it needed to be sent to Paris for repair on its return it was sent to me by DHL including extra flints that I had asked to buy and there was no charge for any of this service. I am not a VIP client but the way I was treated and the service I received made me feel like one. You should have expected and received at least the same level as I did especially as you actually had a watch that was under warranty there is no way IMO they should of had the audacity to charge you for shipping to any other facility of theirs.
