I respect your viewpoint but you were disappointed but as the watch was pretty cool, you bought it? Can't be that disappointing if you decided to buy it.
Bait & Switch? No, absolutely not. They did not advertise a product and when you went in to purchase it, they did not attempt to sell you on a more expensive item. If you don't like it just don't buy it.
As for 'Limited Edition', IMO are for those that place value above personal enjoyment. Personally I don't care if it's LE or not, if it's cool I'll buy it if not I'll pass. I know that there will always be something new and exciting announced every 6-12 months.
