Since you've asked, not long after earning an MBA at a top school, I broke from the herd of bankers and consultants to develop and operate a multi-unit franchise of a well-known doughnut chain. I immersed myself completely in this project, including spending a number of months "baking" (they're actually fried) doughnuts in existing stores around the US. I've taken great pride in having put my degree to such productive use!
