... i think ...

i have always had this problem (not joking), when i was about 22 years old i was approx. 18 kgs under the minimum.
Then, with getting older, i gained approx. 12 kgs .... (still 6 kgs under ...) ...
After that i took a special diet ( 4600 kCal per day, you must try it ... LOL ) and did some additional gym (body-building) ... the result was spectacular: Muscles from Brussels ... fat-mass down to 8 percent (now, still only 10 percent) and knocking down everyone i didn't like (joke) ... And indeed; riding the bike ... i felt the extra weight and slowliness, but i felt more confident ... .

Unfortunately; i had to spend too much time eating and training so i'm back to my "normal" condition .... God decided it had to be this way and i think it's far better than being 6 kgs over maximum weight ... :-(
