Patek Philippe

If this is true. Class-action-suit would be the only outcome.

In my copy of an original certificate, it states:

"The guarantee is valid only for timepieces accompanied by a signed, dated and stamped Certificate of Origin given to the purchaser by the Authorized Patek Philippe retailer from whom the watch was purchased."

The warranty does not stipulate that the original owner must present the Original Certificate. Anyone possessing the fully executed original certificate can submit their watch for warranty service together with the certificate.

If some one can produce an official PP document that denies warranty service for a watch that is accompanied by a fully executed original certificate, then we can all benefit from a "Class-action-suit".

Cheers

Jim
